I've been trying to login to the event to claim the rewards but all of them are still locked. I've tried for a few days and even waiting every 24 hours to log on but nothing unlocks. Apologies if this is the wrong spot or tag to post under this is my first time on forums.
I am also having an issue claiming the items from the Bridgerton event.
Last week I had no problems, I logged in everyday and claimed all the available rewards.
Then today I attempted to claim the available rewards, I clicked "Claim All" and there was an error message, and now all of them are greyed out, including thre ones I had claimed last week.
Upon checking build/buy mode, the items I claimed last week are all there, and one of the items this week, Lady Whistledown's Society Papers is also there. But the second item I attempted to claim today, the handkerchief, did not show as claimed and is not in build/buy.
When I attempted to go to Events, the icon is paled out, and shows this message, "Please wait and try again as the Gnomes try to fix the failure."
I hope this is resovled quickly. It is rather frustrating having a timed event, logging in to claim rewards and then not being able to recieve said rewards. I wonder how many other people might be experiencing similar issues with this event.
Ive been experiencing it since day 1, its been stuck on 3/3, wont give me the rewards, and wont even collect more days regardless of logging on everyday. Really hope they resolve it in time T~T
