[LBMBFK] Nails showing through gloves of yfBody_SP78DressQueen

When selecting this dress in CAS, because the gloves are attached to the dress and aren't a separate accessory, the nails are showing through the gloves.

I also had this problem. There's the option to remove the nails of course, but if you e.g. give your Sim a new manicure in a different CAS outfit category and apply it to all the other outfit categories without double checking them all before saving, then you'll end up with these freaky external glove press-ons in Live Mode.
