When I organise a funeral event, I seem to no longer get an urn or headstone to perform the funeral activities. The funeral cannot be completed properly this way without the urn or headstone in the inventory of my active sim that organises the event. This is not an issue for sims that passed in the active household but it is an issue otherwise. It worked fine for me before the updates.

Could you please provide the following information
- Are you using mods/cc in your game ? Please remove them and test without them if you do.
- What platform are you playing ?
is this happening on a save with no mods/cc ?

Yes, this happens on a save without mods and CC.
Bit unsure what you are reporting. NPCs not producing headstones at all or do you have a tombstone but it's not present at the funeral ?
Did you remove cc/mods or not have any and what's your platform ?
