Lipstick changing colour

I just downloaded the new Adventure awaits pack. Since downloading it, the lipgloss from the Get to Work pack isn’t changing colour according to how I edited it in CAS. 
it appears in CAS that the lipstick has been altered, and when the sim takes selfies, but in live mode, it looks like the original swatch without opacity/hue changes. 
Don’t know if this is happening with other lipsticks too. 
I don’t use CC or mods
