When creating a new sim, every sim gets an additional CAS trait depending on their choses aspiration. The new Master of Grudges Aspiration doesn't give this trait.

Community ManagerAccording to a comment on a different bug report, the missing CAS trait has somehow been mixed up with one that gives the 'Never Scared' moodlet from the Scare Seeker Lot Challenge
Community ManagerI've also experiences the issue while playing the game when a child aged up to teen and I gave them the Master of Grudges aspiration. The did not get the (or any at all) bonus trait choosing the other aspirations in the same category gives you.
Just noting that I'm seeing this issue too. Sometimes there is hover text that says something like, "this Sim has a trait that is part of content that you don't own" but I believe I own all the things.
