Could you please provide the following information
- Are you using mods/cc in your game ? Please remove them and test without them if you do.
- Are you on Windows 11 and are you using the Smart App Control feature (just put this into Windows Search and see if it's turned on for you
- Do use oneDrive ?
- As for the gallery, do you mean the uploaded to the public gallery or your personal library ?
I have never used mods. I still use windows 10. I did not know I could use OneDrive. I meant my personal gallery.
If you go to Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\Saves and Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\Tray to see if there's any files ? Also check your OneDrive folder. Sometimes the game switches between the two if you have oneDrive turned on.
