In one of my old save, my sims house became a Nightclub even if they still live there and one the map, it seems they now posed it as business. It happened after they came back from the Magic Realm.

Did you ever change anything about this lot ? Was it a nightclub at some point ?
Do you have a backup from before it happened so you can try again without CC to see if it happens again ? You should be able to just sell it and change back.
There's another thread for this but I can't find it atm.
I try with my oldest backup, it was the same problem, when I came back to the house with my sims, it became immediately a nightclub.
I have been able to sell the lot and change it to house again and for now the problem didn't come back so I cross fingers.
Would you be willing to share your backup with me ?

Ok. I wil send it to you il a few minutes. I put what I think is a version just before the bug, and an other with the bug. It's a save where I used mod and cc but as it's only on this save, at that moment, it's happend, I can't realy test it on a save that never had mods and cc.

was the lot a night club in that save at any point ? Did you download the lot from the gallery ?
I can duplicate it reverting to one but as you said, it can easily be reverted to residential by selling it from the map and then putting it back on residential.
It even becomes one if you enter from the map to build mode so it seems the game thinks it's a bar and is displaying something different.
