Lots are missing from world

Hi! I've recently downloaded the High School Years pack on my PC, and Copperdale is showing up blank. I can't follow my sims to high school. When I try, it just brings the teachers, principal, etc, into my house. Because I don't have anything showing up on my world, I can't see any of the lots on the map, or what they're supposed to be. I don't have ANY mods or CC. I have repaired the game multiple times. I'm caught up on my updates. I deleted my cache file. I don't know what to do. I also don't want to do anything that could mess up my game. Any help would be appreciated, thank you!
