Lots not Rendering

After new May's update, often when moving around worlds and joining Sim to work world, lots fail to load leaving Sims outside. Also, I have Newcrest fully built, and no lots are showing, some of these lots were self built or from downloaded from gallery. Tried quick fixes such as entering Build mode or deleting the cache folder and exiting /re-entering game. Nothing seems to work. Thanks in advance.
