Lots reset to EA default

Bulldozed the the "Mopy Manor" lot in Ravenwood and started building my own house on it. When I came back and loaded onto the lot, it resets back to the EA build, completely deleting what I build. In the world overview I could clearly see my build on the lot preview, but as soon as I load it, it's gone and replaced. Happens in both Manage Worlds and in Live Mode. The save is not old but I started it during the Time Travel Event and before the Feb. 25 Patch. Restarted my game and PC many times, repaired the game files and have mods disabled and removed. Don't know if it happens on other lots or in other worlds. I've seen forum reports on this issue from years ago, without any fixes, but this is the first time this happened to me.

I didn't save the unfinished build to my library so it's (probably?) just gone for now.
