My sim was sleeping in a vibrating bed while it was on and it broke while they were sleeping. When it broke they woke up and got the "Swallowed By Bed" moodlet saying they received it from being swallowed by a murphy bed. I don't have any murphy beds in the house and this sim has never interacted with one.

If you combine the Vibromatic Neuvo with the 'gremlins' lot trait the vibromatic neuvo thinks it's a murphy bed with a seethrough matress. It looks really silly, and it's annoying. The gremlins happen every. other. night. Which adds to the annoyance.
I'd check every bed for this bug... but I'm not going to! x)
The handyness 'upgrades' on the Vibromatic Neuvo don't seem to work either. Is this the most broken bed?
I can confirm this happened in my game today. (It is a save that had previously used mods, but all mods have been removed from my game and mods folder entirely for a while now)
The Heartbed broke after one sim got out of bed, the other sim was still in bed sleeping. I got the awake sim to start repairing the bed and while he did so the mattress raised up crushed the sim who was still sleeping in the bed! Thankfully she didn't die, but after she got out of bed she had the 'crushed by murphy bed' moodlet (see photo below).
