[LS] Constantly getting learnt romantic boundaries notification for unknown sims

Whenever my sim is kissing their partner in public, they always get a notification that they've learnt someone's romantic boundary even though they've never interacted with that sim. This is always happens when the unknown sim has the jealous trait. This is really disruptive as it happens every time two sims kiss and it clogs up the notification panel.
