Could you please provide the following information
- Are you using mods/cc in your game ? Please remove them and test without them if you do.
- If you start a new save for testing purposes, do you have the same issue ?
- There have been issues before with this but they have been mostly fixed, it's possible that existing saves still have issues though so is this an older save or did you start this recently ?
