Main Menu has www when no household is selected

I don't know how to describe it other than getting a bunch of W's on the home page and in CAS. Here's a photo of it on the home screen, but I don't have any CAS photos since it sort of quickly flashe...

I just opened my game and this has popped up, i have no idea why and all the W's. This is a random family that i never played with or let alone created. What is this? It's so weird.

    Hey! I had this issue aswell, while Im not sure how I fixed it I think i either repaired my game or un installed and reinstalled the game
