Maps from DLC appearing twice on Overview page

Hello, Basically what the title says, my save has a double Nordhaven in it. I saw that others have dealt with and resolved this same issue with other packs in the past so I tried to follow what they did to fix it, but I've had no success. Mostly the advice seemed to be to uninstall/reinstall the pack, so I followed both uninstall options listed here: Re: How do I uninstall expansion packs now? | EA Forums - 11834568 with no luck. I tried both uninstall/reinstall, as well as deleting the pack from the main folder and delta folder, but the doubled world is still there.

• The doubled world seems to only appear in my main save, I opened a brand new save to check if it was my whole game or just that save, and it did not appear doubled in the new save.
• I tried opening the save without mods (I have MCCC in my save usually) but the double was still there.
• I have not played Nordhaven yet, so this double-world is happening in my main save without any saved EP18 gameplay in it, beyond just being downloaded.

I haven't gotten a chance to play the new pack yet so I don't know yet if this is indicative of other issues with the pack in my save, but I did want to try and get rid of it because I've already re-built this save from the ground-up due to the "save-deleting bug" from For Rent. So I'm hesitant to proceed playing on my main save unless anyone here thinks I can probably play with it as-is without harming my save further.

The double of the world is non-interactable as far as I can tell, pictured here you can see none of the lots light up.
