When I get two sims to get married, they become spouses. They get the marriage certificate and all. The second I enter CAS, they show up as "partners" instead of spouses. I can't edit their relationship unless I cheat it. The marriage certificate is still in the inventory, and their wedding shows up in their milestones. But the option to propose is there, it's like the marriage got annulled and it's just strange. Please fix it soon!
My couple's marriage has already disappeared several times, it's so frustrating. Sim has already proposed 5 times, poor thing.

I am having the same problem too.
Same! I have UI cheats and thought it was because I cheated some couples together but it's for ALL of my married couples. It is very annoying but I have already married them once and ain't doing it over and over again.
Been having the same problem. I took out all my mods as well to see if it was MCCC or UICheats, but the same things were happening. My sims got married 3 times and finally i gave up and broke them up because they were both unhappy about not being married and unsatisfied in their relationship. Hopefully this will fix fast because its very annoying and makes me not want to play :(
