Married sims becoming siblings

My married sims have suddenly become registered as siblings. In the family tree it shows them as both spouses and siblings. They cant do any romantic interactions aside from give massage. I dont have any CC or mods as I play on playstation 5. My game is becoming virtually unplayable because of this.
