I have logged-in several times today but it's not being counted so I'm unable to unlock the rest of the rewards of the same week, it only registered the first time. No mods or CC installed.

Hey so, the masquerade event is my game doesn't even work, i can't even claim the items!!! It keeps saying the "gnomes" are trying to fix it but it's been over a week....is this happening to anyone else?
I’ve been trying to claim my weekly quest rewards and I still can’t after weeks. I want to be able to claim my rewards before the event ends
