Ever since the last update (which was supposed to improve performance), I’ve been experiencing micro stutters whenever I move the camera around in-game. The FPS counter shows a stable 60 FPS, but the camera movement isn’t smooth anymore.
For reference, I’m running the game on an AMD RX 7700 XT. Before the update, the game felt smoother at the same settings.
Is anyone else running into this issue?

and let me know what happens. The LOD distances are what matter, not necessarily the values, as in, you want to increase the distance at which the game switches from the highest level of detail to any of the others.
If that doesn't hlep, please provide a dxdiag. Click Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop. From there, you can attach it to a reply using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons.
