Mischief Mastered achievement not popping

I maxed mischief multiple times on the xbox. first i tried on the computer(troll the forums) but when that didn't work by talking. Every other achievement i have tried works for me. I don't use cheats(dont even know how) and i used. My own household the first 3 times.
