Missing Vacation Days

When Sims are employed in the Undertaker Career, the option in the phone menu to take a vacation day is missing. I believe this is also an issue for the Romance Consultant Career.

I use the Granny's Cookbook and Homestead Helper mods, and More CAS Columns. I do have CC as well, but this is an issue with or without mods. The option simply isn't there even though my Sim has at least five available, I have to have her fake call in sick to take a day off instead.
