Moving In Interaction is broken

When my sim was asked to move in with another sim, it does not trigger the moving process, the sim would keep asking multiple times to move in but i had to manually move them into my household 

Could you please provide the following information

• Are you using mods/cc in your game ? Please remove them and test without them if you do.
• Please also provide any LastException/LastCrash files in your documents folder. Upload them to either google or oneDrive and post the link here.
• Which interactions you have issues with ? The move/split on the phone or the ask to move in ?
• Did you try to move the entire household ?

I'm having the same problem. Tybalt Capp just asked my sim to move in about 10 times. I only get the animation but it doesn't trigger the actual interaction😔
