My game keeps crashing

I never complain about bugs in this game, but the crashing is honestly getting ridiculous. It happens completely randomly with no warning, which is frustrating enough on its own—but on Xbox it’s even worse because reopening the game is such a long process. I save very regularly but it's still so frustrating to lose the progress between saves. By the time everything loads back up, it completely kills the mood to keep playing. To make it worse, another bug makes it to where I have to click through every single pack screen I own before I can even hit “resume.” It’s tedious, unnecessary, and just adds to how annoying the whole experience has become. It’s only started with the addition of marketplace to my console, and honestly I’d rather that just not be there altogether. I refuse to buy anything from EA until Moola is gone. I miss the game I fell in love with
