My married sims became brothers after I changed clothing in Change a Sim.

I've been playing this save file for over 2 years now and somehow avoided this issue till now, after going into the CAS to fix a characters design because it was wiped away during the werewolf nose bug (Putting the dot back on Lou's face) I decided to change the outfits and after I went out I saved, and then I noticed that my two husband sims couldn't do any romantic interactions other then offer massage, I thought it might have been because my main sim had been flirting with another sim, but they still couldn't do any romantic interactions after I had them end that relationship, after doing some research I tried using the cheat to directly change your sims relationships but discovered that they were stuck as spouses and I couldn't select the household member option, I then tried to have them divorce and see if that would change anything, and it changed the description in CAS to be Brothers, but I still couldn't swap off of it. I changed their genders and it autoswapped to sisters, I gave them another random sibling and the new sim could swap back and forth, but the two bugged sims were stuck as siblings no matter what I tried.

This is my only save file I have, I have used no mods and never used any cheats before now, I don't know what to do.
