My Sim can’t woohoo

I have a sim who can’t woohoo ever since she aged up to young adult. I tried everything. Nothing is blocking the bed. Her relationship is maxed out. When I ask them to woohoo they agree and look excited but then they reset and immediately cancel the command. I tried aging them down and then back up. I tried moving lots. I checked their compatibility in cas. It’s only her. Other couples in the save file CAN woohoo it’s just my sim that can’t. It glitches out. It’s my legacy sim so I don’t want to lose almost 100 hours of game play. I play on ps5 and have no cc or mods.
