As the title says, my sim's body keeps changing every time I add a shirt. None of the shirts are CC or mods, and the sim is male and the clothing is masculine. Choosing outfits for this sim during CAS makes his body become scrawny. If I change his body composition while wearing a shirt, he becomes overly muscular if the shirt is then removed.
Any idea why this is or how to fix it?

I am playing on PC. I do use mods, and have tried removing them, and the glitch still happens. It happens with all shirts, and all male sims. this started happening right after the update this month. I've never attached images like this before, but I have attempted to do so here, if it's not right, please let me know and tell me how to do it. The images should be of the same sim, just with and without a shirt. with the shirt the arms are noticeably less defined, and I have not made any changes to the body itself, and no mods are being used at this time either.

Do you have the same issue with a new Sim too or only if you had them in the game ? I tried on a new Sim and it seems fine.
Could you upload that particular Sim to the gallery and post the name here for testing ?
