My sims needs aren’t decaying and she’s still suck in the wrong work outfit

My sim needs aren’t decaying and she’s still suck in the barista work outfit from when she was a teen (young adult now) and the “practice hard” icon with the two people over the sims profile at the bottom won’t go away It’s been like this ever since she age up into a adult and left the barista career. It is very frustrating and annoying to play the game now since her needs are not decaying and she is in the wrong work uniform I play on console so I have no mods and I have tried everything to fix the issue and nothing has worked even when i used the “ Sims.modify_career_outfit_in_cas” cheat it showed in CAs that she had the right grim reaper work outfit on but in game it’s still the barista outfit very annoying to play now because of both bugs.
