My Sims turned into a stick monster

First time I've really encountered a bug this bad. My Sim toddler had just aged up today and when I went to check on him he turned into this bizarre stick creature. Tried resetting him which worked until he was given a bath and turned into the monster again. No mods or CC have been installed
