My sims have turned full black like a shadow, I am unable to see anything (like their clothes and accessories) its simple an outline and filled with black. Not all sims are like this only a few. I do not play with any mods or cc.
Same here! It affects Sims with customized tattoos in certain saves. My advice: quit the game immediately without saving and start "Repair game". I was not able to rescue the affected Sims, but after repairing the game I could download them again from my library/gallery and they kept their skin.

After experimenting a little bit, it looks like this problem is huge. All my Sims with custom tattoos in old and new saves turn black after a while and can not be fixed. Playing with all packs and without mods. Please be careful when you load your save.

This happened to me as well. It seems to be sims with custom tattoos.
