After experimenting a little bit, it looks like this problem is huge. All my Sims with custom tattoos in old and new saves turn black after a while and can not be fixed. Playing with all packs and without mods. Please be careful when you load your save.
Thank you so much (this was a big help), I will repair and keep in mind about custom tattoos!
