Did you also try a new Sim/save after removing mods as well as delete the localthumbcache file ?
I tried these fixes and it still isn't working for me. DM'd you a save file.
Do you also have mods ?
I don't have time to check saves. Please only send them when asked for it. I don't work for EA.
