My sims needs are diminishing VERY fast! Its to the point I cant do anything but keep filling needs. This just started today after the Burgler update.

Everytime I play my sims hygiene needs will decrease within the hour, and when they go to shower or take a bath it doesn't do anything. When I turn off mods this also doesn't fix the bug. Additionally, there is random puddles that keep appearing without anything happening.
Could you please provide the following information
- How did you remove your mods/cc ? Just disable or try a fresh folder ?
- What platform are you playing on (PC, Mac)
- During which scenario is this happening ? Do you have it when you don't play a scenario too ?
