My Sim has reach Level 10 of the handiness Skill but doesn't have the option anywhere, on anything for the Insta- upgrade or Insta- repair when clicking on the items.
So even when having level 10, it takes them 5 in game hours to complete an upgrade.
This is with the 19/8/2025 update, all packs ( apart from EBN) and no mods installed.
She used the business perk to speed up get skill gain.
It looks like it's still just level 9 and not 10.
I didn't have this before the last update because I was doing the event and leveled up my Sims on Handiness specifically after which he could just upgrade everything instantly. This is another household and sim though. I only created this household in the past week.
