No Romantic Boundaries

I updated today TheSims4 and wanted to create a new Sim to change their romantic boundaries, but when I want to search for it, it wasn't where it was supposed to be. From what I had read it, it was supposed to be a new feature in the base game. I have the eyelashes and the possibility to copy elements in various outfit, like the update said, but I can't find the Romantic Boundaries. Did I understood wrong? Was it just for the pack?
