This has been going on ever since the patch with any lot on any world. That ranges from very very empty shells to fully decorated builds. I am connected, I have good internet. Eventually it might go through after 5+ times restarting. I've tried from world manager and from normal build mode. I can't even save things locally to my library - much less push them to the gallery.
I've been having this issue too, I've tried to upload builds to the gallery and just get the timeout message. I've tried in a couple of different save files now and get the same result. The saves did used to be modded, but I removed all mods and CC from my game several months ago and have been playing mod free since then.
I've had the same, having to either restart over and over until it somehow goes through on one of those tries, or I have to simply wait until a day when the gallery decides to work. When this issue comes up, as the OP said, you can't even save a lot to your own gallery/locally, let alone get it onto the gallery. This started happening to me from the early February patch. It happens with and without mods. It happens to any size lot you are trying to save, whether it's an empty shell or a fully complete build. It doesn't matter which save file is used. Internet connection is fine and don't have an issue with anything else. I've also found when looking through the gallery, I have to turn the filter "newest" off because the items popping up from the new Legacy expansion pack (particularly the households) spend forever loading and appear to lag my gallery. The gallery itself just seems to be struggling at the moment, at least that's how it appears. It's very frustrating when we HAVE to save things to the gallery in order to transfer them into our new save files because of the updates, like it's the wrong time for the gallery to be breaking, for sure.
Me too! And am playing in a mod-free save, with no mods currently installed. It is so annoying!
