none of my script mods are loading in game

yesterday i played sims just fine, and when i wanted to play today none of my script mods were loading in game except for like 2 . i can access all of the package files but NONE of my script mods are playable in game ... what do i do ? i have deleted my game completely, reinstalled and updated all of the compatible mods, and still nothing ...
