Not working

I can't play at all either since the "bug fix" update :(!!!!!!!

Same, I can see my old safe but when loading, the game crashes. Unable to start a new game either. No mods at all. Re-installed the game, no change.

Are you all on Windows ?

Do you have any mods/cc in your game ? It's also possible that you're all having a different issue so please post as much info as you can as to what you are seeing.

Never use mods. Windows, power house gaming PC. Hard to take screenshot as the game crashes almost instantly upon loading. I do see a quick error message at the top right corner relates to drop, but that's about it. 

crinrict​ Yes I have windows. I cleared my EA cache and I also have no mods, I repaired the game files and the same issue. When I click "new game" the game crashes and closes. When I try to load my games it says Error code 22 and then it asks me to choose a season to play in and when I do that it shows no household and zero funds so I can't do anything. There is also an error popping up in the corner when I open the game about Sims delivery. Also there is a random family of Sims that I never made on the screen when I open the game with a pink horse, a cat, a dog and some random sims. It started doing this after I downloaded the update with all the "bug fixes" yesterday. I saw another post about the smart app control option being on/off and mine is off and was already off when this happened.
