Objects placed from build mode look damaged

Hi EA, since I installed the Vampires pack I can't place windows, foundations, showers....basically anything from build/buy mode without it being damaged.  Changing the color swatches does not solve it and neither does rebuilding the item.  How do I get my builds to look clean and whole again?

    Could you please provide the following information

    • Are you using mods/cc in your game ? Please remove them and test without them if you do.
    • What platform are you playing ?
    • Please provide a picture of what you are seeing
    • Have you tested a new save to see if that has the same issue ?
