Occult Form facial features don't match between occult and regular form

Everything is the same expect for her eyes, nose and mouth

Same issue here.
Noticed that at least for fairies only. Vampire and Mermaids are fine.

No Mods, and on PC

So I managed to find a temporary fix until the bug is fixed. Start with setting the copy filters for only Face and de-link. Then, for each facial feature that looks different, find which preset is being used on the human side. Apply that preset on the occult side. It will look different at first. Then, select "Copy Sim to Fairy Form".

I have the same issue... Both forms are attached but when I change the preset for the face on the fairy form or on the regular sim form, the other form doesn’t match. 

It’s only for face preset that the problem occures. The clothes, hair and skin color match between both forms when I change it. 

Also when I go to live mode with my fairy sim that I modified in cas and then go back in cas with the same sim, the fairy form reverts back into what it looked like before I modified it and all the changes I made are gone but the regular form stays as I made it...

Same problem here, both with and without mods. This is after making sure both forms are linked and copied. Looks completely different. 

This happens to me as well; fairy sim's cheeks, nose and lips don't match, even though forms are linked. She looks totally different!

All packs, pc, no mods, up to date.

I'm having the same issue and the screenshots I grabbed show the difference pretty clearly, you can see the eyes, nose, and mouth don't match. The forms were linked the whole time, I did most of my editing on the fairy form and noticed when I went back to the basic form. I'm on PC, mods/cc disabled.

Noticed this too, in addition to the facial features, clothes also do not link up and get reset when changing to the other form (in CAS), so do tattoos....

On xbox one, all packs and updates.

I am experiencing the same issue on my newly aged up teen Fairy. No mods/CC, and the option to copy the facial features isn't there.
