The facial features like eyes, chin and cheeks I place my fairy sims won't match between regular and fairy forms.

it has also happened to me! creating my first fairy, did all the editing in the face and body in human form, and when changed to fairy the mouth is a lot smaller and other more subtle face changes, really annoying, didn't know it was a bug

i found a solution! make your sim first, then turn them into a fairy and it will copy their features over, don't set them as a fairy immediately (in cas).

Or I could just first customize the sim as regular and then turn it to a fairy or change the eyes manually for both forms before further customizing them.
I can confirm! It seems like both morphs and presets change?

I have the same problem. My characters have a vampire son who has grown up, and when I went to the editor for him, the human face and the vampire face were different. There are no photos because I just copied the appearance of a human onto the appearance of a vampire and saved it.
