'Open Profile' doesn't work

I've noticed an issue when I click 'Open profile' under the Relationships tab. It opens the panel, but it's blank (white) and has a vertical blue strip down the left-hand side. Once that has happened I can't open any other profile (whether through the Relationships tab or Clubs) - I click 'Open Profile' and nothing happens. 

This first happened on 29 April, before the latest update. I had opened profiles a couple of times and then suddenly had this issue. I played again today and had this issue the first time I tried to open a profile on another sim. Again, after giving me the blue/white panel I couldn't open any other profiles.

I have no mods or cc.
