Option to Try for Baby missing

Guys - if you have Little Ms Sam's random bug fix for elevators - go update it ..

Do not even ask me HOW this took away Try For Baby .. but that was what was broken for me ... 🤷‍♀️

Updated it and the options are back. I..... I don't even understand....

Does anyone still have issues with the newest patch and no mods/cc ?

I don't. All is good for me.

I have all the recent patches. The option try for baby is missing in all my save games. When I begin a new save game, the option is there. Please help.

Is anyone having this glitch where you can’t try for a baby???

I have no mods and my most recent save file ( Sept 2025) as well as older do not have the option to try for baby 

My Sims can't try for a baby either.

FYI, I'm having this issue right now.
