Owned Packs Not Working Once Game Is Launched

I own several of the expansion packs. When I am on the EA app., it shows they are owed and installed, but when I launch the game, it is saying that I do not own them. I have tried repairing the game, uninstalling and reinstalling all of the packs, and restarting the EA app., but none of these things have worked to fix the issue.
