Packs being shown on Home Screen and issue downloading lots

Everytime I go into the game and when I’m on the Home Screen all tje packs I’ve bought information box pops up like I’ve just bought them when that isn’t the case so I have to exit out of all of them to finally be able to get to my loading screen. I also recently tried to download and place a lot and am having issues with that where it’s not allowing me to hit the check mark when I’ve found a suitable lot to place the property on.
