Packs marked as new when they're not

I've bought quite a few packs, and I'm aware they have a little "welcome to __" when you open the game after buying them, but recently, ive been having to click through every one of them each time I open the game even though I've played with a lot of them for over a year. It has also marked every item as new in build & buy and cas item as new every time I open the game. If I close out of the game and restart it, it just happens all over again.
