Same, it happened after my sims tried skillful sleep for a while, and I used cas.fulleditmode for a couple times then my sims becomes brothers with his spouse. I really wish they'll fix this bug cuz I put so much time and affort with this household. T0T
Yes I think I mine happened after skilful sleep too. Skilful sleep basically makes a ghost copy of your sim and I even noticed that the ghost copy would appear in the relationship panel of my household sims and would stay for a little bit even after my sim woke up. I heard clones can also lead to spouses becoming siblings bug because the clone/ghost copy is considered a sibling of the original sim and then the game messes up further and makes the sims in a relationship siblings?? And based on others reports it only seems to happen to same sex couples (which is sus) this happened to me before and I managed to fix it though I’m sure I’m using the same fix method this time but it’s not fixing bc as soon as I go into cas it messes the relationships up again. I had this issue literally like a year ago so I’m surprised it happened again (with my nightmare legacy no less 😭) how have the sims team not fixed this already???
Interesting, one of my sims that this happened to does indeed have skillful sleep (and it's a lesbian couple too!). I didn't think there'd be a connection with skillful sleep because I didn't notice a correlation, but you might be onto something.
