flacodiablo Please post a dxdiag from your computer, for reference. Click Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop. From there, you can attach it to a reply using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons.
Here we go. What I am experiencing is exactly the same as the lilsimsie Twitch clip. The whole screen doesn't flicker, just the building I am moving or placing the window in. Made sure all my drivers are up to date and there is still flickering.
