Aside from that, your hardware is also different than that of the other two players, so I don't know what's going on other than something worth flagging, which I'll do now.
I did what you said, and I just wanted to let you know I am still experiencing the aforementioned flickering issue. Thank you for your help though, it may be a coincidence but I am having a little less overall lag. I don't know if you need it but I am including an updated dxdiag just in case you do.
