Lot traits getting stuck

I found  a bug when I went to edit town in my regular save, thought it was corrupted but noticing after I started a new game ( I checked and it was blank from the start) I travelled to Royalty and legacy world but when I got home I went to check. It had come back! I'm stuck with Recycle Reuse lot trait I can't get rid of it! Other homes in the world have other permanent ones. Some from City Living and mine was Eco Lifestyle. How do I get rid of it I don't want it my sims are acting weird!!!

    Could you please provide the following information

    • Are you using mods/cc in your game ? Please remove them and test without them if you do.
    • What platform are you playing on (PC, Mac, Playstation, XBox). Please pick a thread tag for that.
    • Do they actually show as added to the lot after travelling or do just still have the effects ?
