(Goth Galore Kit) Items not appearing in-game
No mods or cc. I bought the goth galore kit some time last year and installed it onto my Sims 4. I used it for a while, but stopped using it much after a few months- I uninstalled it.
I recently reinstalled it but it hasn't been showing up in-game. The make-up isn't there, the clothes aren't there... and when trying to filter for the pack itself in CAS, the box is gray and I can't toggle it. Basically telling me I don't own it or that it isn't installed. Except, it is.
Been happening for a month now. Wasn't too worried about it at the time.

Echoing Roseadoodle, please check under Marketplace > My Collection. If the kit is showing as deactivated, you'll need to select it and click 'Confirm' to reactivate it. Let us know what you see, thanks!
